- Non refundable $100 deposit to secure the date for trip
- Any trip cancelled with in 30 days can be transferred to another date
- Any trip cancelled with in 14 days will be charged half rate of scheduled trip
- Any trip cancelled with in 7 days will be charged full rate, this includes no shows
- Trips moved or postponed due to weather will be offered first available spot (we cant control Mother Nature)
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult
- Trip can be cancelled anytime by captain if drugs are brought on board or customers safety is at risk (full trip fee will be charged)
